| LILAC is generally supplied, installed and supported by
Lennox Computer on a "fully supported basis", with a
significant degree of interaction between each client, and
Lennox Computer which may involve elements of custom
tailoring and extensions to the software, and/or consulting
and training associated with the operational commissioning
of the software. The sequence of events will vary depending upon circumstances, but here is a typical schedule which suits many prospective LILAC users. |

| Perusal of our Web-site at www.lennox.com.au (I
know you're already here), and print out of relevant
pages if desired (see "Printing for our Website" in
the "Hints & Links" menu above). Contact Lennox Computer by telephone, as indicated above, for an initial discussion of your aspirations and the suitability of our product for your operations, current and projected. Arrange a visit to our offices in Brisbane for an in-depth demonstration of the LILAC packages functions, conducted in our training room with a video projector, and with the ability to demonstrate all associated technology features, such as printing, faxing, emailing, Internet and eCommerce functionality. Alternatively Arrange for Lennox Computer staff to visit your premises with a notebook computer for an initial demonstration of the software' s functionality. In this case, to some extent our ability to demonstrate the full capabilities of the software are constrained by the limitations of a notebook computer and lack of access to full networking infrastructure. Lennox Computer are happy to conduct such visits free of charge within the Brisbane metropolitan area. We will require our travel and accommodation costs to be reimbursed for visits to prospective client sites out-side of Brisbane, inter-state or overseas. |

quote, supply and install suitable PC hardware, peripherals and network
infrastructure. This will allow us to take full responsibility for the reliable and efficient operation of all aspects of your computer and IT systems. Significantly you may avoid the pain of split responsibility between software,hardware and network services suppliers. |
