Electronic mail is available in
all LILAC documents as a
single click on the little "e"
button on the tool bar.
This action creates a child
window from the LILAC
window which allows the
entry or selection of an eMail
address, and the entry or
editing of the eMail body text
as required.
In general little further input is
required as the software
sets-up the recipient eMail
from the LILAC database
and creates a standard body
text to describe the LILAC
document image which is
attached to the eMail as a
PDF file.
In the simple situation, the
operator clicks on the "send"
link, and the eMail is
transmitted. |
