LENNOX COMPUTER provide support for the operation of our software products at a number of different levels with competitive cost structures.
1. Basic Software Rights
Any actual defects detected in the software and reported to Lennox Computer will be corrected free of charge. The client may access Lennox Computers servers to download revised, improved, redeveloped or corrected versions of the LILAC package at no additional charge. Any services provided in addition will attract charges at hourly rates including but not limited to email or telephone consulting & support, site visits, changes to the software that may be characterised as development rather than correction.
Cost $121.00 per user licence per month.

2. Elevated Support
In addition to the rights provided under "Basic Software Rights" clients may at no additional charge, make telephone requests for diagnosis, investigation, consulting an advisory services at any time and obtain a response within 8 hours by eMail to their queries. Any requests that incur software development costs or site visit will attract addition charges. eMail Support Phone Support
Cost $250.00 per user licence per month.

3. Premium Support
In addition to the rights provided under "Elevated Support" above clients may at no additional charge, require "same day" site vists for diagnosis and rectfication of any issues arising with the software and investigation of hardware & network issues which may impact the operation of the software. eMail Support Phone Support Hardware and Network (Support and Correction) Lennox Computer hosted servers receive Premium Support

4. Development Partner Relationship Support
In addition to the rights provided under "Premium Support" above clients participate in an ongoing software development partnership with Lennox Computer where the software features are continuously enhanced and expanded to meet the needs and aspirations of the client. eMail Support Phone Support Hardware and Network (Support and Correction) Software features continuously enhanced and expanded to meet the needs and aspirations of the client.
Cost $825.00 per user licence per month.
3 Users - $2472
5. Server Support
In addition to the per user licence support charges outlined above, where the LILAC server platform has been supplied and is supported by Lennox Computer a fixed rate per site applies of $499.00 per month for a local network server and $1120.00 per month where the server is deployed as a wide-area network server of any range of Internet protocols including HTTP, FTP, SMTP, IMAP etc. Server Support is not available with Level 1 support above.
"same day" support implies action on the day of the request subject to sufficient notice and any travel requirements.
Except where site visits are provided all goods & services are provided FOB at Lennox Computers Brisbane offices. All terms and conditions are subject to contract law as defined and interpreted in the state of Queensland.
Support charges are billed monthly - are payable in advance and the contractual relationship shall lapse if an account remains unpaid for 60 days or more.
All support contracts require the provision of Internet connectivity at the client site and appropriate NAT/PAT setup in the client router to permit Lennox Computer remote access to the clients LILAC server.
Where "site visits" are not included in the level of service, the minimum cost of an individual site visit is $606.00 covering the first 2 hours, and must be prepaid plus any travel and accommodation costs incurred prior to visit. Scheduling of casual site visits is not guaranteed to meet any specific time-frame.
